  • How to order in your website?   ( 1 Articles )

    1.You can register your own account with your correct information in our website. or you can place an order as a guest instead of registering in our website

    2. select your needed products and quatity, click "Add to cart"

    3. Click "show cart" button in upper left side if you finish the purchase. Then you could check if all is correct. Also you could edit again in cart.

    4. Please click "checkout" if all goods are is right to confirm the shipping information. Here please make sure all news are correct so that we could ship the goods to you correctly.

    5. "next>>" button will bring you to check the way of delivery.

    6. "next>>" button again, you can choose the way of payment.

    7. Finally to confirm order.

    Our website will send you the detail invoice to your email address automatically. And We will make shipment within 3 working days after your payment and let you know the tracking number.

  • How soon could I receive the products?   ( 1 Articles )

    we offer two kinds of shipping, normal shipping is by Post Airmail which take 2 to 3 weeks to arrive. fast shippment is by EMS or DHL which take 7 to 10 days to arrive. when you check out, you will see the shipping cost of these two kinds of shippment

    Usually i ship by post airmail, and if you want fast shippment, i can ship to you by EMS or DHL.  Also it could be acceptable by sea if your order is sizable.

    1. Paypal: we do not accept online paypal payment, if you want pay me by paypal, pls e-mail me after you place the order on my web. so i can send you a paypal invoice

    1.Faulty goods received.

    We check each items before we send to you carefully to make sure you are happy with your purchase.In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty, you should contact us. we will deal with this soon.

    2.Damaged goods.

    If your parcel shows damage on receipt,  please send the pictures of the damaged package or item, we will provide the best service to you.

  • Do I need to pay tax for Custom Clearance?   ( 1 Articles )

    We will mark your parcel as glass artware or gift on custom declaration form and state the value of your parcels as low as we can.so that you could avoid the tax. But since the situation is not the same in different countries, we do not guarantee that you will not be charged tax. If you expect us to handle your parcels specially, please contact us after placing your order successfully!

    The shipping charge is maily based on your order's weight and your place. You can place order in our website in advance. our web system will calculate itself during checkout your order.

  • If could I place order via Email?   ( 1 Articles )

    Yes, If you don't like place order online. You could send us by Email. But please make sure to let us know the items number & quantities you want, your address. We will send you the P/I to you for your approval in the same day.
